Our story
Meet Don and Mike.
This pioneering pair established TIKOS™ in 2024 to commercialise Don’s PhD research in AI trust, reasoning and explainability as a suite of tools to help build and maintain trustworthy AI systems.
They have been joined by investors Symvan Capital who provided seed capital to set the company on its way. TIKOS™ is also being supported by Nvidia, Microsoft and Innovate UK through their respective specialist programmes.
The company is part of a thriving community of deep-tech start-ups based at Future Space, University of West England in Bristol, UK.
